Our 30-Day Promise

We want every family to feel good about adopting a Legacy Tree. If something isn't right within 30 days of your purchase, we'll make it right.

Full refunds within 30 days. If you change your mind before we've assigned your tree, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. If we've already created your arboretum page , just let us know and we'll work with you to find the right outcome.

What we can't refund. After 30 days, adoptions are final. Your tree, your arboretum page, and your digital keepsake are yours to keep.

There is no physical item shipped to your home. Everything is delivered digitally:

Family photo files

Your edited family portrait will be delivered as high‑resolution digital files by email, with a link to download and save.

Digital certificate

Your keepsake certificate will be emailed as a PDF you can print or share.

Tree page link

We’ll email you the URL link to your tree’s page in the online arboretum so you can:

• View your tree’s GPS location and photos

• Read new field notes as they’re added

• Share the link with friends and family around the world

All confirmations, digital files, and links will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
