In Florida, there are between 3,000 and 5,000 cemeteries… but fewer than 200 are licensed. Hope Eternal Gardens is one of them.

Licensing means:
- Our cemetery is deed-restricted and recorded with the state
- We passed a rigorous approval process, including background checks, surveys, and financial audits
- We use only state-approved contracts
- 10% of every burial plot sale goes into a perpetual care fund for long-term maintenance
- We undergo ongoing state oversight

These protections are in place to ensure your investment is safe and the land is cared for forever.
