Video Transcript
Everything we do is rooted in ecological care:
- Hand weeding, no pesticides
- Rain gardens and stormwater ponds
- Mulch from local arborists
- Soil testing in partnership with the University of Florida
- Rainwater irrigation
- Composting with a local restaurant
- Wildflower meadows and native habitat restoration
We also follow additional restrictions from the water management district to protect our on-site wetlands and on-site waters. Every decision regarding land use and infrastructure requires oversight, permitting, and review. It’s another layer of accountability that ensures this land will always be responsibly cared for.
